Aspen’s evolution from a silver mining town to a center of art, culture, and innovation was shaped by the visionaries who arrived after World War II, bringing modernist ideas and a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the Roaring Fork Valley. Inspired by the landscape, artists, designers, and thinkers helped define Aspen’s distinctive creative identity. MOLLIE honors this legacy by weaving together the town’s history, artistic influence, and surrounding mountain environment.
