What’s New at MOLLIE This Summer

Summer at MOLLIE Aspen always brings new things into the mix, and this year is no exception. Along with some returning guest favorites, we’ve revamped our spaces, updated menus, and a handful of ways to spend more time outside and enjoy Aspen at its best.

 

 

Petit Familia

One of our biggest additions this summer is Petit Familia, our new Agave bar located our third floor in the Roof Terrace Bar.

With views of Aspen Mountain, the indoor-outdoor lounge centers around tequila and mezcal cocktails, along with a curated beer and wine list and thoughtful non-alcoholic options.

The food menu, created by Chef Ludo Lefebvre, brings together the classic French approach of Petit Trois with the more playful spirit of Trois Familia for a unique experience in Aspen. It will be open Wednesday – Sunday from 4 – 10 PM. 

 

 

Lunch at Petit Trois

Petit Trois Aspen is now serving lunch for the summer season.

Available daily from 11 AM – 2 PM, the updated menu brings a fresh lineup of seasonal dishes while keeping some guest favorites in rotation.

 

Blue Jay Bikes

Back again this summer, our MOLLIE x Bluejay electric bikes make it easy to get around town while getting some exercise.

Available to hotel guests for a complimentary two-hour ride on a first come, first served basis, they’ve become one of our favorite ways to experience Aspen during the warmer months.

 

 

Analog Lounge

This summer we are launching our weekly Analog Lounge on Mondays from 4 – 10 PM.

Hosted in the cafe and wine bar, this event is built around having fun with classic board games, engaging in meaningful conversations and the chance to disconnect.

 

Peak Presence Yoga

For someone looking to slow down, Peak Presence Yoga has returned for a weekly Wednesday class from 5:30 – 6:30 PM, accessible to all-levels in our Weaving Room.

Designed to feel restful and restorative, these classes are complimentary to MOLLIE guests and $25 per person for the public. Mats are provided.

 

 

Thursday Live Music

Thursday evenings from 5-7pm, live acoustic music sets continue throughout the summer at MOLLIE.

Hosted on the Roof Terrace, the lineup features local musicians for an easy way to settle into the evening.

 

Summer Movie Series

Movie nights are back on the rooftop this summer.

On select Sundays evenings, the Roof Terrace transforms into an open-air theatre with a rotating lineup of nostalgic favorites. Enjoy mountain views, while snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the bar.

 

 

rag & bone Shopping Experience

Guests staying at MOLLIE have access to exclusive offerings with rag & bone Aspen.

Along with a 15% discount, guests can arrange private shopping appointments, request styling support, and have purchases delivered directly back to the hotel.

 

The New PM Terrace

Over the past few months, we’ve been quietly updating our back PM Terrace.

The refreshed space is designed to make the most of summer afternoons and evenings—whether you’re dining, enjoying a coffee, or stopping by just to relax, it’s the place to be.

 

 

Mahjong Monday

Mahjong Mondays have become one of our favorite recurring gatherings.

Open to both beginners and experienced players, the afternoon activity from 12 – 2 PM combines gameplay, lunch from Petit Trois, and a relaxed social atmosphere.

 

Agave Sessions

Select Friday nights bring Agave Sessions to the rooftop in partnership with Chrome Horse Society Tequila.

Expect rotating DJs, agave-forward cocktails, and a lively terrace atmosphere heading into the weekend.
