This Fall at MOLLIE

Each season brings something new to Aspen. As summer fades into golden leaves and crisp fall days, MOLLIE settles into a slightly slower rhythm—with seasonal dining, weekly gatherings, and a full calendar of events through October.

Here’s what’s happening at MOLLIE Aspen this fall.

Fall Dining at MOLLIE

• Petit Trois Aspen will shift to fall dinner hours, serving nightly from 5–9 PM.
• The Wine Bar will also shift to fall hours, serving nightly from 3 – 9 PM.
• Upstairs, Petit Familia will continue its regular schedule, open Wednesday through Sunday from 4–10 PM on our Roof Terrace. Cocktails will be served until 10 PM, with Mexican-inspired bites available until 9 PM.

Weekly at MOLLIE

MOLLIE is designed to be a place where visitors and locals alike can gather, and our weekly programming continues throughout the fall.

• Mahjong Mondays
  Join us on select Mondays for a late morning and early afternoon of Mahjong at MOLLIE from 11 AM–2 PM.
• Live Music Wednesdays
  Our weekly live music moves to Wednesdays this fall, from 5–7 PM. Settle in for an evening of drinks, dinner, and live performances.
• Power Pilates Saturdays
  Saturday mornings get a little stronger this season. Power Pilates replaces our summer yoga series, taking place from 10–11 AM.
• Open Sky Cinema
  On select Sundays, join us on the Roof Terrace from 7:30–9:30 PM for movies at altitude under the Aspen sky.

Beyond our weekly gatherings, fall brings a lineup of one-night-only events spanning art, music, shopping, magic, and a little Halloween mystery.

• Sip & Stargaze — Thursday, September 17 from 8–10 PM
  Spend an evening with us under Aspen’s star-filled sky.
• Sunset Sounds with Chelsey Webb — Saturday, September 19 from 6–8 PM
  Join us for an evening of live music on our Roof Terrace with Chelsey Webb as the sun sets over Aspen.
• Paint the Peaks — Thursday, September 24 from 5–7 PM
  An evening inspired by the surrounding landscape, bringing creativity and the mountains together.
• Jenna Blake Trunk Show — Friday, October 2 from 12–5 PM
  Discover a curated selection from jewelry designer Jenna Blake during an afternoon trunk show at MOLLIE.
• Magic with Doc Eason — Saturday, October 3 from 5–7 PM
  An evening of close-up magic with legendary magician Doc Eason.
• Cut & Paste the West — Saturday, October 17 from 5:30–7 PM
  Tap into your creative side with an evening inspired by the American West.
• Pumpkin Painting — Friday, October 23 from 6–8 PM
  Get into the Halloween spirit with an evening of pumpkin painting at MOLLIE.
• Murder at the Rattlesnake Saloon — Saturday, October 31 from 7–10 PM
  Close out the season with our Halloween party and murder mystery, Murder at the Rattlesnake Saloon. Come dressed for the occasion and prepare for a night of mystery at MOLLIE.

A Short Fall Intermission

Following Halloween, MOLLIE Aspen will be taking a brief seasonal pause. The hotel will be closed November 1–22, reopening Monday, November 23, 2026, just in time to welcome the start of winter in Aspen.
