Nestled within MOLLIE, the Cafe offers Sightglass coffee, perfectly blended matcha lattes, and a variety of Rishi Select Teas. It also features a selection of prepared breakfast and pastry options, and a special lunch menu from Petit Trois. In the afternoon it transitions to a Wine Bar with a menu of Chef Ludo signatures and an exciting wine list, including a significant number of wines by the glass.

Whether you’re starting your day with a perfectly poured cappuccino or savoring a glass of wine after your day on the slopes, the cafe’s warm and welcoming vibe is the perfect spot to relax and connect. Seating is available for those looking to enjoy a quick bite or catch up on emails, and items can be conveniently packaged to go on your way to the slopes or the office.

For a more leisurely experience, sit-down dining is also available in the restaurant for breakfast, as well as on two heated outdoor terraces complete with fireplaces.
