In Aspen, Petit Trois offers breakfast and dinner service in its full-service dining room and bar. The menu stays true to the restaurant’s core, featuring a blend of bistro classics and modern dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients.
The experience is complemented by an extensive wine list curated by Chef Ludo’s partners, Master Sommeliers Dustin Wilson and Sabato Sagaria. They have created a list with an emphasis on French and California wines, featuring an impressive by-the-glass selection from top producers.
Led by French-born Chef Ludo Lefebvre, Petit Trois is renowned for signature dishes like Steak Frites, Burgundy Escargots, and the legendary Big Mec burger.
