An Aspen local since 2012, Greg Van Wagner has shaped the beverage programs at some of the region’s most iconic dining institutions, including Element 47 at The Little Nell, Jimmy’s, and PARC Aspen. In 2018, Greg earned the prestigious Krug Cup after passing the Master Sommelier exam on his first attempt with the highest score. Driven by a passion for regional terroir and expressive winemaking, he founded Ajax Cellars, collaborating with top craft winemakers in Colorado and Oregon’s Willamette Valley to produce small-lot, food-friendly wines.
