MOLLIE Aspen & Petit Trois invite you to up your Champagne game with intimate tastings in the Roof Terrace Bar on December 29th and 30th from 3:00pm-4:00pm.
Join our wine director, advanced sommelier Derek Reijmer, for an intimate educational tasting of Champagnes from a B-side perspective. Many of us know the wines and the region through the traditional lens of big brands and recognizable labels. This curated, hour-long tasting of four wines from small family operations will help in building your appreciation for a modern take on how we view, taste, and appreciate the wines from the benchmark sparkling wine-producing region of the world. Let’s get together to learn, to enjoy, and to celebrate in true Aspen fashion. The experience includes a pairing of premium cheese and charcuterie to perfectly round out your tasting.
