For a one-night only, enjoy a specially curated buffet & family style dinner crafted by MOLLIE Executive Chef Jordan Hayes. Enjoy house-made traditional favorites, carving stations, appetizers, family style sides and a grand dessert table. Choose from 3 dinner seatings: 4 PM, 6 PM or 8 PM.

The dinner is priced at $95 per person, ($35 for children under 12) plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended.

Join us at MOLLIE Aspen for an evening of bold flavors, spirited competition, and caffeinated creativity. Mixologists from Aspen’s premier hotels will showcase their unique takes on the iconic espresso martini—and YOU get to help decide the winner! Each attendee will receive a sampling of every competing espresso martini. Savor the creativity and cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award. A panel of judges will also weigh in, selecting their top pick for the Judges’ Favorite.

Join us from 4:00 PM -6:00 PM to boost your skills. If you are a returning attendee, bring back your mixology starter set and attend class for a discounted rate!

$90 per person (includes all supplies).
$45 per person (returning attendees with starter set).

The Holiday Bar offers a sophisticated journey through coursed cocktails, crafted to evoke delight and enchantment. With only two exclusive seatings per evening (6:00PM and 8:30PM), and a maximum of eight guests per seating, this intimate gathering ensures personalized attention and an immersive experience like no other. Each seating offers a curated experience featuring four unique cocktails, paired with an amuse plate and a decadent dessert.

Join us for a one-night only specially curated 3-course prix fixe dinner crafted by MOLLIE Executive Chef Jordan Hayes. Enjoy house-made classics, modern MOLLIE additions & savor individually customized drink pairings by our very own Zac Snyder.  

Luxury DJ Violinist and Vocalist, Lydia Bain, will be setting the mood with a jazz, R&B, and funk-inspired performance from 5-10 PM. Choose from two dinner seatings: 5 PM or 8 PM. 

The dinner is priced at $195 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Optional 3-course drink pairings are available for an additional $65 per person. Reservations are recommended.
