Petit Trois Aspen is an award-winning Parisian-inspired bistro from Chef Ludo Lefebvre. Hailing from Burgundy, Chef Ludo brings his signature flair to classic French dishes, sourcing the best ingredients, and turning simple classics into something extra special.
Upon entering MOLLIE Aspen, guests are greeted with the trademark snail of Petit Trois at the entrance to the hotel’s main restaurant and bar. The full-service dining space serves daily breakfast and dinner and offers year-round outdoor heated seating. The bar is a vibrant and inviting destination, with elegant and complex cocktails, a curated wine list, and a thoughtful selection of beers and ciders.
Beyond its regular dining service, the restaurant is also available for private events. The Restaurant Bar & Lounge, with its vibrant and welcoming atmosphere and two year-round outdoor terraces (AM and PM), is ideal for everything from large celebrations and receptions to intimate dinners and gatherings.
