Brought to life by celebrated Chef Ludo Lefebvre, this marks the acclaimed French bistro’s very first location outside of Los Angeles. By blending timeless Parisian charm with Aspen’s soulful mountain energy, we invite guests and locals alike to gather over classic French cuisine in an unforgettable alpine setting.

Petit Trois Aspen is an award-winning Parisian-inspired bistro from Chef Ludo Lefebvre. Hailing from Burgundy, Chef Ludo brings his signature flair to classic French dishes, sourcing the best ingredients, and turning simple classics into something extra special.

The full-service dining space serves daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner and offers year-round outdoor heated seating. The bar is a vibrant and inviting destination, with elegant and complex cocktails, a curated wine list, and a thoughtful selection of beers and ciders.

Nestled within MOLLIE, the Cafe offers Sightglass coffee, perfectly blended matcha lattes, and a variety of Rishi Select Teas. It also features a selection of prepared breakfast and pastry options, and a special lunch menu from Petit Trois.

In the afternoon it transitions to a Wine Bar with a snack menu by Chef Ludo and an exciting wine list, including a significant number of wines by the glass.

Located on the third floor, The Roof Terrace Bar is an intimate lounge offering unparalleled views of Aspen Mountain. The premier destination for après-ski, our menu features a curated selection of beer, wine, and signature craft cocktails by Petit Trois.

Kick off the weekend at Agave Sessions, a rooftop gathering in partnership with Chrome Horse Tequila. On select Fridays, the terrace transforms into a lively sunset scene with rotating DJs, elevated agave-forward cocktails, and an atmosphere designed for long evenings in Aspen.
