APPETIZERS

CHAMPAGNE & PÂTÉ DE CAMPAGNE

Start your evening with a glass of Gatinois Champagne alongside our Pâté de Campagne. The Champagne’s crisp acidity and fine bubbles cut through the richness of the pâté, making for a classic French pairing that’s both light and satisfying.

CHABLIS & BURGUNDY ESCARGOTS

Our Burgundy Escargots are a natural match for a glass of L’Esperance Chablis. The wine’s bright minerality and citrus notes complement the garlic-herb butter without taking over the delicate flavor of the escargots.

PETIT TROIS MARTINI & CRISPY RICE TAPIOCA

If you’re in the mood for a cocktail pair, try our signature Petit Trois Martini with our Crispy Rice Tapioca. The martini’s crisp and clean profile balances the richness of the dish, a great choice for an afternoon aperitif or the start of your evening.

ENTRÉES

CABERNET & BIG MEC

For guests craving something heartier, we recommend ordering the Big Mec with the bold Obsidian Cabernet Sauvignon. The rich tannins and dark fruit notes bring out the burger’s savory flavors, creating a meal that’s hard to beat.

SANCERRE & TROUT ALMONDINE

A glass of Sancerre from the Loire Valley is an easy choice when ordering the Trout Almondine. Notes of citrus and fresh herbs enhance the toasted almonds and brown butter for a light, seasonal pairing.

DESERTS

SAUTERNES & CRÈME BRÛLÉE

Finish dinner with our Vin Jaune Crème Brûlée and a glass of Sauternes. The wine’s slight sweetness and layered flavors complexity beautifully accentuate the caramelized sugar crust and creamy vanilla custard for a rich finish.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

If cocktails are more your style, our Espresso Martini is the perfect after-dinner indulgence. Rich espresso, smooth vodka, and vanilla-forward chocolate liqueur offer a sophisticated finish that doubles as both a dessert and a nightcap.
